1 cup (250 ml) of Almond / Coconut milk
3 cup (250 ml) of Water
1 Banana
2 teaspoons Coffee
2 teaspoons Cocoa
4 tablespoons Cinnamon

Garnishing:
100g raw almonds
200g Blackberries
2 tablespoons Honey

Methode:

– Mash the banana then add the hot water, coffee, cocoa to the banana, mix
– Add the milk, mix
– Add the oats and mix.
– Microwave for 15-20 minutes.
– Add the honey, almonds & the blackberries.
